Measure the usable placement on the actual blank rather than designing to the bag’s total width. Write an application card, not a universal recipe
Record the heat source, transfer, base material and any required protective layers. Leave temperature, duration, pressure and peel method as fields to fill from the matched manufacturer instructions. A larger design or a different press is a change to the process, even if the artwork is identical. Plan where the blank can lie flat and how the required application area is reached without crossing incompatible details.
Give the gift a process and care record
Keep a representative sample and photograph the result with a date. Distinguish appearance immediately after application from observations after the specified wait and care routine. A neat first result does not establish wash life. For gifts, retain the product information and pass along its applicable care instructions.
